I was so EXCITED to work with Kari!!! She is a hard-working mommy, business owner, and military spouse!!! And she has a heart of gold!! 🙂

We set up her Small Business Branding session to showcase the clothing line she styles & sells, as well as to feature HER as the face of her business. We wanted to tell her story and give her LOTS of images to use in blog posts, ads, and social media posts. She wanted custom images to advertise her live sales sessions, her Facebook group sales, & particular clothing pieces she has in stock. Kari also enjoys teaching her clients how to style their unique pieces, so she wanted images to go along with those posts.

As we planned out her shoot, she chose the items she wanted to feature & we discussed making sure we shot “portrait” style of her in the clothing….but we also knew she’d need images that were off center and left lots of negative space (the empty space on the sides of some of her images). This negative space will allow her to add text to the images with an app (I’ll be posting about an AWEOME free app I use to create these types of social media posts in an upcoming blog post). She can use them in all types of formats! I’m posting a few examples to show you how she can use these in her business posts.

I was so darn thrilled with our results that I edited at record speed so that I could share them with her and blog them!!!
