These Senior Portraits were soooooo much fun!!!!! I have known this sweet family since we moved to our friendly little coastal town!! In fact, they were some of the first people we got to know really well, so they will always have a special place in my heart!! When perfect strangers open their doors to you the first summer you arrive in town because a hurricane blows through and you are without power for three days….they quickly become lifelong friends!!

So I’ve known Danielle since she was in elementary school. In fact, I taught with her mom Donna and I did Senior Portraits for her older sister Alexandria. Truly, it has been a blessing to watch her grow up into this beautiful, headstrong young woman who knows who she is and where she’s heading!!!

For Danielle’s session, we headed to a beautiful wooded area that curves around one of our local waterways and dock areas. When her mom mentioned it, I knew it would be perfect!!!! The weather was gorgeous and the fall colors were popping…and around here in the fall you can usually get away with shorts or a skirt because it’s so nice.

Danielle picked out the perfect outfits for her Senior Portraits!!!!! They brought in great colors and offered up a variety of looks for the season!!

We laughed and had a blast!!! And in the end, it wouldn’t have been complete without Donna shedding a few tears!! If you know Donna, you know that she LOVES her girls…so to watch this mom tear up as we snapped the last few images broke my heart! But she has a lot to be proud of and I’m so glad that I was able to share in these special moments of their family’s memory making!!!!
