So when you’ve been crazy busy doing Katelyn James’ online branding course, realize you really need an updated headshot to submit for her coursework….and you are being spotlighted in your local Rising Tide group that requires a fantastic headshot…what’s a girl to do?!?! Um….hand your thirteen year old twins your camera and head out into the cul-de-sac with fresh curls and a little lip gloss. AHHHHHH!!! This was my afternoon!
Actually, I’ve always noticed that Maddie and Emma have an amazing eye for composition and love to do photo shoots with each other. They roll their eyes when I ask to take their picture (yes, this happens when they become teens…you’ve been warned)….however, when you turn it around on them and say that they are taking your portrait…they are totally game!! I handed one my canon and one my iphone. We needed a few behind the scenes shots too!!! We had a couple of lessons on focusing, adjusting exposure, and then I turned them loose. Twenty minutes later….we headed home with some great stuff!!
It was so strange to edit my own images!! HAHAHAHAHA Oh well….gotta love it all…the wrinkles, the rolls, the curves…just blessed to have it all still working!! So shout out to our girls….you rocked!!! 🙂 I think I just found my second and third shooters!!! 🙂
