Often times, business owners don’t have the time to spend on their social media and marketing because it does in fact take time. So they typically don’t do it with consistency. And if they do manage to get a few posts up a week, there isn’t always a personalized storytelling aspect to their content.

One way that you can stand out is through using your images in Canva to create beautiful and helpful posts. I recently worked with Tara Powell’s NC Coastal Remax Real Estate Team. They specialize in coastal properties and wanted this shoot to be focused on showing homes on the water. We also did some updated studio shots for them to use in Canva with text and graphics….but we really focused on the coastal vibe for our on-location part of the shoot.

Then we went on location to capture the lifestyle that they are helping people buy…the Crystal Coast is a wonderful place to live!! We decided to show what it looks like to live and play here as well as the “home on the water” idea!! Remember, show what you want to sell!!!! And we made that happen for this real estate team!!
