I think we all want happy hormones. But who here feels like their hormones are on a never ending roller coaster ride??!?!
And all the teen girl mamas probably feel like their house is a theme park with everyone on their own roller coaster with the constant twists, turns, and ups and downs!
I remember my husband looking at me one day and saying “What did I do? Was it something that I said? What is wrong with them?!?!” hahahaha “Nope babe, welcome to life with three teenaged daughters!”
Bless that man!
But seriously, our hormones play vital roles in our health and well being. They support many systems within our bodies, our emotions, our fertility, and even our libido.
The cortisol, estrogen/progesterone, and thyroid system is a delicate balance that can easily be thrown off. And all our hormones – thyroid, cortisol, estrogen, progesterone, testosterone – play critical roles in how we feel! Here are some tools for supporting our hormones naturally…
Dragon Time is a blend of Fennel, Clary Sage, Marjoram, Lavender, Blue Yarrow, and Jasmine that is sweet and herbaceous. It can help promote feelings of stability and calm during cycles of moodiness. This oil is the perfect choice for supporting normal, healthy emotions during the female monthly cycle. It is also great for supporting the icky and uncomfortable feelings brought on by our monthly cycles.
This blend of essential oils and plant-based progesterone is a game changer! To use: Apply 2-4 drops on the wrist or neck or inside of the ankles daily. You can also apply a roller top to make it easy to use! I literally have mine sitting on my bedside table and use it every single night! This supports my middle aged self in BIG WAYS…but it’s also amazing for helping support those who are younger as well. Check out the videos below for great info on progessence plus!

Your endocrine system decides how you feel.
“The endocrine system is made up of a complex network of glands, which are organs that secrete substances. The glands of the endocrine system are where hormones are produced, stored, and released. Each gland produces one or more hormones, which go on to target specific organs and tissues in the body.” ~healthline.com
If your hormones work correctly, if you have energy, if you feel like yourself…then you may be good to go. But many of us do not have endocrine systems that work as they should. So it seems pretty important to give them what they need and support them in different ways! Endoflex is one way I use to support my endocrine system.
I love these tools and also highly recommend working with a healthcare provider for demanding needs. I have an endocrinologist and family practice doctor that I see regularly to make sure my body is living it’s best life and I am doing ALL. THE. THINGS. to support my body including nutrition, exercise, rest, reducing stress and using oils and supplements too!!!!! I love using a holistic approach to be my best…meaning that I take into consideration my emotional health, my physical health, and even my spiritual health. Happy hormones will always be the goal!
