This Whole 30 White Chicken Chili is so yummy!!! It’s perfect for a winter evening meal on a cold night! You can fix it and forget it…which is so great for us busy moms!
pack of boneless, skinless chicken breast tenders
large carton of chicken broth
two celery stalks, chopped
four cloves minced garlic
small whole onion finely chopped
four small sweet peppers finely chopped
packet of white chicken chili seasoning
can of full fat coconut milk
can of green chiles
Saute the veggies and garlic in a little avocado oil until they are soft.
Add the veggies, chicken tenders, broth, chiles, and seasoning packet to the crockpot. Cook on high for 6 hours.
Add in the half the can of coconut milk the last 10 minutes. Shred the chicken in the crockpot. Serve. Enjoy!
