Hi, friend!  I'm Corry.

Oh my gracious!!! Can you just say love, love, love?!?!!?! This was truly one of my fave homecomings because I was there as they were saying goodbye to Daddy and then I was able to be there when they welcomed him home. What a blessing!!! When Craig left, Baby Mason was only 3 months old. It was so bittersweet during our session because you could truly see the love between the three of them….and you knew of the hard days to come. I left their home that afternoon a little teary. My mommy and Marine wife heart hurt for them. I kept in touch with Julia throughout the deployment and was so excited when she contacted me about their return date!!! She and Mason (and Craig) did a great job of not only surviving, but thriving through this deployment.

When we showed up for the homecoming, it was so exciting to see Craig’s large extended family there!!! I loved getting to know them all!! They are so supportive and loving. They are truly a military family with generations that have survived!!

Waiting and watching for the jets to land was so thrilling….when they flew it over, it was cheers all around!! Watching Julia and Mason run to him was priceless!!! (juggling a camera and running and shooting was hilarious…but we had SUCCESS!!)

It was such an honor to be there and I am so thankful we are friends!!

Blessings,
Corry
