We are so blessed with amazing neighbors!! We look out for one another, gather each other’s mail, feed each other’s pets while they’re away, go to church together, celebrate together, and come together when one of us faces a tragedy. It is such a blessing to know that I have fantastic people surrounding our little family in our little corner of this world. The MacLachlans are part of our sweet community…and we love them dearly! We work in our yards together on the weekends, our dog Molly barks at them as they grill from the other side of the fence…and they just smile, wave, and say “Hello Molly.” They give sweet treats to our girls after we’ve fed their cat while they were away, they share tools, recipes, an occassional beer in the garage as we solve the problems of the world…or just laugh at them, but most importantly…they are our friends. I am so thankful they asked me to meet up with them on the beach with their kiddos and grandchildren who were able to get together at the beach for a week this summer. As a fellow military family, we understand the wonderful gift of time together in one place where families can share and make new memories. I hope you guys are enjoying these snippets of your fabulous time together!!
